Meet Christine

A creative approach

As a creative arts therapist, Christine utilizes creative tools and traditional verbal psychotherapy in a safe and non-judgmental environment. Creative expression serves as a non-threatening medium when words are not enough. You are invited to come as you are to sessions, no artistic skills required.

A collaborative space

Together, Christine and her clients, will use a collaborative approach to reinforce ones’ foundation, engage with reconnecting with ones’ self, and rediscover ones’ identity. She is committed and motivated to provide everyone with an authentic and creative space to encourage growth, self-expression, and self-actualization. Some of Christine’s clinical experience includes intrapersonal conflict, life transitions, professional identity, anxiety, and anger management.
